9.17.23 Storm Restoration Update

A full complement of Versant crews, contract crews and tree crews are continuing to make repairs and have made steady progress. About 6,000 customers are currently without power after outages peaked at 36,000 yesterday afternoon.

By the end of the day today, we expect to have power restored to 90% of customers affected since the height of the storm. The work being done through the rest of today is likely to restore power to all areas except those listed here.

We expect to restore service to customers not listed, but we cannot guarantee restoration today. Discovery of additional damage during repairs may cause unforeseen delays. If a customer sees their location on the list, they should expect to remain without power until at least Monday.

We estimate that at least 95% of customers will be restored by the end of the day Monday, with remaining customers restored on Tuesday.

The most up to date information is available on our Live Outage Map. Thank you for your continued patience as our crews work safely and as quickly as possible to restore customers.
