Sheri PrimroseSheri Primrose is the Chief Financial Officer of ENMAX Corporation and joined the Versant Board of Directors in 2024. Sheri is responsible for ENMAX’s financial functions, including capital markets, audit, enterprise risk, corporate development, tax and finance. In her nearly two decades at ENMAX, Sheri has played critical roles in overseeing the optimization and delivery of strategic financial functions across the company, including the implementation of an integrated system to successfully transform its financial management approach. Sheri holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, an executive coaching certification from Royal Roads University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
